When we went this year we stayed on the North Rim, but didn’t do any hiking. It’s been years since I’ve been on the South Rim. But for the ultimate experience, you should try a raft trip through the canyon! Again it’s been years since I’ve done that, but it is fantastic! Hope you get back some day.

We wanted to the rafting, but found out is was right on the East end of the canyon… and for the time that we were there, the drive was too long!! (and we just came from that side from Monument Valley!)… But now we know!🙂
